What every successful recruiter knows
Relationships are the cornerstone to your success.
Be a consultative, not administrative.
Prioritization is key - know your company/client needs and fill the right positions at the right time.
Gain an intimate knowledge of your companies (and/or Clients) products and services, as well as their competitors.
Know your companies business strategy and objectives.
In depth understanding of the your companies/clients' culture and what profiles fit into that culture.
Maintain the highest standards of ethical and moral practice when dealing with clients, candidates and team members.
Constant and continuous communication is fundamental to successful recruitment.
Utilize metrics to make decisions -- always think strategically about numbers and goals.

I have over 20 years of talent acquisition experience. The majority of my experience has been in the technology sector.
Currently, I am the Head of Talent Acquisition for Nike DIGITAL
Prior to Nike, I spent nearly 12 years at Microsoft, I played a significant role in helping Microsoft’s entertainment businesses scale; Xbox360, Surface, Kinect and the Halo Franchise.
